QiGONG WORKSHOP with Brenna Wilcox

Qigong Workshop Sunday Aug. 27 1-3 pm $25

Qigong is the skill of cultivating one’s vital energy for well-being.
We will practice “soft style” Qigong, both standing or sitting. 
You will experience how your visualization skills coordinate with your breath to move your body into harmony. We add sound to this circulation and tune up our inner organ frequencies to nourish our wholeness. The effects of Qigong bring reduced stress, increased energy and strengthen our immune system.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bare feet or soft-soled shoes. Stamina not required, seated participation totally effective. Pre-registration required.
