Dharma Yoga Wheel workshop part 2 is back at Uptown Yoga!! During this workshop we will revisit some of the stretches that we explored during our previous class. We will work on stretching the hamstrings, opening the heart, and supporting your back during backbends. We will take the practice further as we explore ways to to challenge ourselves in both standing and arm balance postures, while offering modifications along the way.

This 2 hour workshop will focus on a variety of poses using the Dharma Yoga Wheel to strengthen, open and enhance your yoga practice. This workshop is open to all levels and will focus on postures for flexibility, hip opening, back massage and heart opening. Even if you weren't able to attend the first DYW workshop, you are welcome to join in on the fun!!

Appropriate for all levels of practitioners and an excellent chance for instructors to decide if they would like to take a DYW training course!! 

Pre-registration is REQUIRED and limited to 13 participants!! Registration deadline is September 17th!! $30 per person and Dharma Yoga Wheels will be provided for use during the workshop. Be sure to register early to guarantee spot!
