Join Lisa Pfaff Saturday February 25th for a midday hour at the Barre!! Every PnPwithLisa Barre class is fun and empowering! Get ready for a workout that will push your muscles to their limit. Barre classes include components of pilates, yoga, and ballet fitness. Every 60 min class we begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, we target the the entire core,seat, inner and outer thighs, and work all the way down to your toes! Don't worry, we don't forget about the biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back muscles either!
